Free NLP MP3 Download 'Introduction to NLP'

This is a 90 minute NLP download that provides an excellent way for you to develop a familiarity with the field of NLP. This download is in two parts to assist those with dial up connections.

There is a wealth of information for you to go through. Some of the actual skills of NLP are presented as well as some of the principles involved with using this art. I find this format more useful than a book for something of this introductory nature. It is by no means a fully comprehensive NLP presentation but it should provide you with a good insight as well as some skills.

To listen to this you will need to be able to play MP3 content on your computer or you may wish to transfer it to your MP3 player. You could even change it into a .wav format and play it on your CD player.
